Payment
We use cash on delivery payment method on our website. This means that you will be able to pay the amount for your order when you receive it from the courier. The shipping cost is charged during the order completion process.

Delivery time
The ordered product will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days to Bulgaria. Shipping fees for orders below that threshold are calculated at checkout.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Once an order is dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services

When placing an order on our website, you voluntarily provide us with the following personal information that is visible to us – name, address, phone and email.

Please check your address when placing an order including the apartment number or doorbell. We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in transit due to incorrect/not full address and they would not be refunded.
Orders are delivered upon a signature. Please provide an address that is accessible and there is someone who can sign for your package.
